Heavy Menstruation – correction (Pelvic Care course)
Possible indications:
- Menstruation problems (heavy periods or periods long in duration)
- Irregular cycle
- Dragging feeling in uterus; sensation of “falling out”
- Ovary pain
Always check Spinal Balance before commencement. If Spinal Balance is needed proceed with Gracilis and Adductor Magnus (Emmett finger in direction towards shoulder/greater trochanter) and no more.
When Spinal Balance is not necessary, use the following suggested treatment:
- Iliacus / Oblique (check Pelvic Floor)
- Abdominals (for easy access to pelvic area)
- 12th Rib / Navel
- 12th Rib / Gracilis
- Sacral Notch / Ovary point (ovary point is 4 fingers down and 2 across from navel – for ovary pain)
- Adductor Magnus / Mid Sacrum
- Recovery
Repeat in 7 days and just prior to “due date” of next period for next 3 months to reset cycle for best results.
