Possible indications:
- Low or lack of bladder control (urgency or leakage)
- Spotting when exercising/coughing
- Lack of awareness on finishing urination
- Lack of flow when urinating
Always check Spinal Balance before commencement. If Spinal Balance is needed proceed with Gracilis and Adductor Magnus (Emmett finger in direction towards ear) and no more.
When Spinal Balance is not necessary, use the following suggested treatment:
- Iliacus / Oblique (check Pelvic Floor)
- Abdominals (for easy access to bladder)
- 12th Rib X Inguinal (to take pressure off pelvic floor)
- 12th Rib X Adductor
- Bladder move (Module 6)
- 12th Rib / Gracilis
- Adductor Magnus / Mid Sacrum
If desired result is achieved, do NOT repeat Bladder move (Module 6) as it may undo previous result.
